Content Guidelines

AIssistant is dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment within the AIssistant mobile application (“App”). To achieve this goal, we have established these Content Guidelines, which outline the types of content that are not allowed within the App. By using the App, you agree to follow these guidelines and acknowledge that we may remove any content or suspend or terminate your account if you violate these guidelines.

1. Illegal Content

You must not use the App to create, share, or promote any content that is illegal or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Content that promotes or glorifies acts of violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Content that involves the sale or distribution of illegal substances, weapons, or other prohibited items

2. Harmful or Offensive Content

You must not use the App to create, share, or promote content that is harmful, offensive, or likely to cause distress, including but not limited to:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes prejudice, racism, sexism, or intolerance towards any individual or group based on factors such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, bullying, or threatening towards others
• Content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or excessively violent
• Content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading, including false information, deepfakes, or scams

3. Privacy Violations

You must not use the App to create, share, or promote content that violates the privacy of others, including but not limited to:

• Content that reveals personal information without the individual’s consent, such as home addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses
• Content that involves impersonation, identity theft, or the unauthorized use of someone else’s likeness, name, or identity
• Content that invades the privacy of others, such as non-consensual intimate images or recordings

4. Spam and Misuse

You must not use the App to create, share, or promote spam, unsolicited messages, or other disruptive content, including but not limited to:

• Content that is excessively repetitive or irrelevant to the App’s purpose
• Content that is primarily intended for self-promotion, advertising, or solicitation
• Content that manipulates or interferes with the App’s features, algorithms, or user experience

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or users that you believe violate these Content Guidelines, please report them to us using the in-app reporting features or by contacting us at [email protected]. We will review and take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the violation.

Changes to these Content Guidelines

We may update these Content Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the App’s features, or applicable laws and regulations. We will notify you of any material changes to these guidelines by posting a notice within the App or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Content Guidelines constitutes your acceptance of the updated Content Guidelines.
